What started as a passing fancy, merely a mid-winter's night whim, has grown into a passion of creativity that twenty years later has become a multi-generational tradition in our family. Toffee making was then, and for me still is today, all about the collaboration between chocolate, vanilla bean and tree nut; coming together to create an unforgettable flavor.
